We were initially employed to carry out a full feasibility, cost study and budget proposal
for:
- Golf club changing rooms and bar.
- 108nr bedrooms and bathrooms with associated corridors.
- Conversion of offices and stores to 5nr club rooms.
- Conversion of office to gym.
- Conversion of disused spa area to suites.
- Refurbishment of reception, lounge, break out areas, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar
and introduction of private dining areas.
The works were all phased with ourselves providing full programming, procurement,
project management, QS services, health and safety and quality control.
